Cheilas Panagiotis
Panagiotis Cheilas, Researcher and Project Manager of the Laboratory, holds a PhD from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and possesses a broad range of skills, with a strong background in digital entrepreneurship and Horizon project management. His research interests focus on energy modeling, operations research, and digital technologies, contributing to the field through publications in recognized peer-reviewed journals such as Annals of Operations Research, International Review of Economics & Finance, and Resources Policy (minor revision).
His academic background includes a PhD in Energy Economics from the National Technical University of Athens, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Athens University of Economics, and a 5-year Diploma (MEng) from the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences of the National Technical University of Athens with a specialization in Statistics and Econometrics. His educational background is further enhanced by executive programs, including “Fintech” at Harvard University, “Digital Marketing Analytics” and “Cryptocurrency” at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and “Unlocking Investment and Finance in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies” offered by the World Bank Group.
